WHEN DO THE DEPOSITS COME?
The total amount of funds received daily are sent to your bank account the next business day.
HOW DO REFUNDS WORK?
You can issue partial or full refunds. Refunds are not subject to additional costs, but fees charged on the original charge are not refunded.
HOW WILL I PAY QUENTLI?
Quentli will issue an invoice at the beginning of each month with the total commissions generated the previous month.
IS THERE A COMMISSION FROM CONVENIENCE STORES?
Convenience stores may charge additional fees directly to your customers no greater than $10 MXN for processing their payments at their establishments.
HOW DO DISPUTES WORK?
Disputed payments (also known as chargebacks) do not have an extra fee. If the customer's bank resolves the dispute in their favor, the full fee is returned.
